Can I cancel my order? +

You can cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it has not been shipped yet.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is only possible after you receive the goods. We cannot accept cancellations before the parcel arrives.

Our warehouse operates on weekends, but support may be limited — cancellations may not always be processed in time.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

📅 When will I receive my order? +

Typical delivery time is 5–9 business days (depending on location and peak periods).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

📦 Tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. What can I do? +

Please try the following first:

  • Check around your property (porch, safe place, neighbours).
  • Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation.
  • Contact your local courier with the tracking number.

If you still can’t locate the parcel, email us and we’ll help you investigate.

🧩 Not all items were in the package — what can I do? +

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels. Please check your tracking emails for multiple shipments.

If anything is missing after 48 hours, contact us and include your order number.

Items must be returned in unused condition (where applicable) and packaged safely.
