Lost Packages
Elorist is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the ordering process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order, which will be made free of charge for you.
Customs Fees
We are not responsible for customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be sent to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
Shipping Time
The shipping time is
- For all countries 5-9 business days.
- This does not include our processing time of 1 to 3 days.
- All shipping times exclude delays in handling/customs clearance.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.
My tracking says "No information available at the moment."
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have selected combined shipping.
